AMD has just announced its first ARM processor-based servers, the code name 'Seattle' which will include the ARM Cortex-A57 core. The processor was originally an 8 core processor, which will be followed by the 16 core version. This chip mass production scheduled for the second quarter of 2014.

Seattle was rumored processor operates at a frequency of 2 GHz, the performance rate between three to four times faster than the Opteron processor-class X, with the refinement calculations per watt.
