New features in BlackBerry OS Update 10.1

Some time ago, BlackBerry OS 10 users in the Philippines got the OS update to version 10.1. But there is no clear information about what changes are carried on the first minor update the BlackBerry 10 OS.

BlackBerry live at the event in 2013, the updated features in BlackBerry OS Update 10.1  was finally announced.

"In the early stages of the BlackBerry version 10.1 update will be available for Q10 and Z10. Latest version, brings some feature enhancements," says BlackBerry CEO, Thorsten Heins at BlackBerry Live 2013 event.

New features in BlackBerry OS 10.1 update includes :
Camera

• HDR capture mode has been added to the BlackBerry camera applications 10.1.

Notification improvements

• Personalize 10.1 BlackBerry notification has been developed, so that users can customize alerts, ringtone, vibration and LED notifications freely.

BlackBerry Hub

• BlackBerry Hub also experience renewal, such as the ability to support messaging service PIN-to-PIN, as well as increase of compress attachments sent via email.
